The Legend of Luo Xiao Hei initially started as an art project by its creator, known simply as MTJJ with the addition of some voice actors cast for each of the characters, by the end of this series, however, it became one of the most watched animated series in all of China. Why? Let us find out!

The Legend of Luo Xiao Hei starts with a fairly cryptic opening featuring a chase. Once the credits appear we see Luo Xiao Hei as a cat wandering the streets of a city, where Hei sleeps, he is found by Luo Xiao Bai and her mother and taken in.
