Initial D: First Stage is the first in a line of six anime adapted from the hit manga series by Shuichi Shigeno. The story is about Takumi Fujiwara, a delivery boy who is talented at driving/racing. Though initially not interested in the prospect, Takumi begrudgingly accepts and races. This part of the story is based on Takumi just starting racing, though he is not interested in doing it.
